Request deletion from ReplyWing
Use this form to request deletion or anonymization of account, Facebook Page, Messenger, product, knowledge, usage, or support data processed by ReplyWing. A confirmation code is generated after submission for tracking only. ReplyWing verifies account or Page ownership before deletion.
How deletion requests work

1. Submit the request.
Use the form above or email support with your account email, connected Page name, Page ID if available, and what data you want deleted. -
2. Save your confirmation code.
ReplyWing generates a confirmation code so support can reference your request. The code confirms that your request was received; it does not prove ownership or complete deletion. -
3. Verify ownership.
ReplyWing may ask you to verify account or Page ownership before deleting or exporting data. Account owners can also export customer data from the Customers area. -
4. Deletion or anonymization.
After verification, ReplyWing deletes or anonymizes applicable data according to retention, legal, security, billing, and audit requirements.
Facebook / Meta data deletion instructions
If you connected ReplyWing to a Facebook Page, used ReplyWing with a Facebook Page, or interacted with a Facebook Page that uses ReplyWing, you may request deletion of Facebook-related data processed by ReplyWing.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, use the form on this page or email support with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
Please include:
- Your ReplyWing account email, if applicable
- Facebook Page name
- Facebook Page ID, if known
- A short description of the data you want deleted
ReplyWing will verify account or Page ownership before deleting or anonymizing applicable data. Some records may be retained only where required for security, legal, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
You may also remove ReplyWing’s access from your Facebook account or Page settings in Meta/Facebook. Removing access stops future access, but you should still submit a deletion request if you want previously processed data deleted or anonymized.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute handling, or audit logs. Where deletion is not possible, ReplyWing may anonymize or restrict access to data when appropriate.
