Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using ReplyWing to manage Messenger conversations, AI replies, products, knowledge, teams, and client accounts.
By creating an account or using ReplyWing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use ReplyWing for a company, client, Page, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to use the service for that entity.
SaaS usage
ReplyWing provides software tools for Messenger inbox management, AI-assisted replies, products, knowledge base content, team workflows, usage tracking, and human review. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Connected Pages and content
You are responsible for the Facebook Pages you connect, the products and knowledge you add, the team members you invite, the replies sent from your Page, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
AI-assisted replies and human review
ReplyWing may generate AI-assisted replies using conversation context, product data, knowledge base content, and business settings supplied by you.
- AI replies may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
- ReplyWing may route uncertain, sensitive, missing, policy-related, or blocked replies to Human Reviews.
- You should review replies, product data, policies, and knowledge content regularly.
- ReplyWing does not guarantee that AI output is always correct, appropriate, or suitable for every customer situation.
Meta/Facebook policies
You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform rules, Page policies, privacy requirements, and any other applicable Meta/Facebook policies. ReplyWing may suspend or limit integrations that appear to violate platform rules, legal requirements, or safety standards.
Billing and plans
ReplyWing may offer starter, pro, agency, or custom plans with limits for pages, team members, usage, or AI replies. Payment gateway support may be added separately. Until automated payment is available, billing may be handled manually or through an agreed process. Usage limits and account status may affect AI auto-reply availability.
Suspension and termination
ReplyWing may suspend, cancel, or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, security risk, policy violations, excessive risk, or misuse. Account termination does not require deletion of audit records that must be retained for legal, security, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Prohibited use
- Do not use ReplyWing to send spam, deceptive messages, illegal content, harassment, or content that violates platform policies.
- Do not store secrets, payment card data, private supplier information, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in knowledge, products, inventory notes, or messages.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, authentication, or page access restrictions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyWing is provided as-is and as-available. ReplyWing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform outages, AI output errors, or business interruptions arising from use of the service.
